Idda on kahe Itaalia veinimaailma suurkuju Angelo Gaja ja Alberto Graci ühisprojekt Etna vulkaani jalamil. Nad ostsid mõned aastad tagasi 20 hektarit suurepäraseid veiniaedu, kus kasvab valge Carricante ja punane viinamari Nerello Mascalese. Idda Rosso on 100% Nerello Mascalese, veinipuud kasvavad 700-820 meetri kõrgusel merepinnast, vein laagerdus suurtes tammevaatides 24 kuud. Soovitav joomisaken 2025 – 2035.
