Le Difese on Itaalia ühe kuulsaima veinimaja Tenuta San Guido nn. “kolmas vein” Sassicaia ja Guidalberto järel. Vein on nime saanud Toskaanas ringi liikuvate metssigade järgi.

Veini valmistatakse 60% Cabernet Sauvignon ja 40% Sangiovese viinamarjadest. Tenuta San Guido veiniaiad asuvad Toscana veinipiikonna Bolgheri alamtsoonis, hõlmates kokku 75 hektarit. Veiniaiad asuvad 200 – 300 meetri kõrgusel merepinnast. Marjade koristus toimub tavaliselt septembri esimeses pooles. Veini iseloomustab hea struktuur, pehmus ja siidisus. Maitses on tunda tagasihoidlikku vürtsikust, tumedaid kirsse, mustikaid, metsmaasikaid, nahka, lagritsat, espressot ja kergelt apelsini. Veini on soovitav juua küllaltki noorelt (2024-2035) ning võimalusel dekanteerida. Serveerida 17-18 kraadi juures Riedeli Bordeaux klaasist.
