“Grown on the sloping sites of the middle Nahe region in weathered volcanic soil and loess loam. Age of vines is 30 years, yields 40 hl/ha, 100% selective hand harvest. Fermentation and approximately 6 months maturing in a classic large barrel made of German oak. Classic Grauburgunder, dry and full-bodied with subtle accents of dried herbs and a delightful acidity.
