L’Orage on valmistatud 100% Chardonnay viinamarjadest, mis on kasvanud 12s erinevas Champagne piirkonna cru’s: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Grauves, Avenay-Val-d’Or, Epernay, Ville-sur-Arce, Avize, Verzy, Prouilly, Vandieres, St. Martin d’Ablois.

Vein on valmistatud 2021. aasta marjasaagist, lõplik segu küpses pudelis settel Famille Moussé keldrites kokku 2 aastat, dosage on 1,5 g/l kohta, disgorgement toimus 7. veebruaril 2024. aastal.

“Made entirely from Chardonnay, the pale yellow/silver-colored NV Champagne L’Orage Extra Brut is floral and less obvious in the glass, with zesty aromas of lemon candies, linen, and fresh flowers. All from 2021, the palate is more expressive, with a linear feel and good balance, and although it’s bright in acidity, it’s ripe and floats through the finish nicely. It will be fun to see this age and gain in depth. Drink it over the coming 8-10 years. Disgorged July 2024.” Jeb Dunnuck 91 points
