Kirjeldus
500 hektarist on veinipuude all kõigest 30 ning kogu töö veiniaias on orgaaniline.
Miraval Rosé on valmistatud võrdsetes osades Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah ning Rolle (Vermentino) viinamarjadest. Viinamarjad koristatakse käsitsi varahommikul ning toimub topeltsorteerimine. Syrah on osaliselt leotatud koos kestadega (saignée meetod) ning veinivalmistamine toimub 95% roostevabasterasest mahutites ning 5% tammevaatides.
“From the Côtes De Provence wine region, Miraval rosé is a fresh and zesty blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Rolle. Dry and medium-bodied, the rosé is elegant with bright red berry, melon, fresh mushroom, piney and soft citrus notes fresh and lingering on the palate.” Natalie Maclean 93 points
“A delicious, fruity and round rosé with aromas of frozen raspberries, forest berries and some apricot skin on the nose, following through to a medium body. Silky and fruit-driven, with a mellow and satisfying finish. Drink now.” James Suckling 90 points
“A blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle and Syrah, sourced from vines planted on clay-limestone soils, the Cotes de Provence Rose reveals aromas of red berries, spices, peach, watermelon, spring flowers and pomegranate. Medium-bodied and elegantly oaky with a spicy touch, it’s fresh and fruity with a mouthwatering, elegant finish. This rosé benefits from the expertise of the Perrin family.” Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate 90 Points
“Made in partnership with actor Brad Pitt (and previously actor Angelina Jolie), this comes from cooler vineyards at around 350m in northern Provence, planted on limestone and clay soils, giving excellent freshness even in hotter summers. The Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle have minimal skin contact, while the Syrah has slightly longer maceration. 95% of the blend is fermented in tank and 5% in barrel with longer lees contact and battonage. Youthfully restrained aromas of white flowers, this wine has a combination of freshness and concentration. The character of this wine focuses on texture and structure with some serious intensity of red and black berry fruit. There is fresh acidity, elegant floral notes and a delicate phenolic finish with a touch of saline minerality.” Decanter 89 points
“Mineral energy defines this rosé, with a cleansing layer of wet stone. Vibrant acidity pulses beneath juicy notes of peach and watermelon, plus herb accents. Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle and Tibouren. Drink now. 110,000 cases made.” Wine Spectator 89 points
