Cuvée de Réserve on veinimaja visiitkaart ja kindlasti üks maailma parimaid non-vintage šampanjasid. 100% Chardonnay, mis tuleb kõigist neljast Grand Cru külast: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Avize ja Cramant. 55% segust on 2020. aastakäigust, baasvein küpseb kõigepealt 6 kuud settega kontaktis terasmahutites, ülejäänud 45% on Perpetual Reserve (rohkem kui 25 aastakäiku ulatudes tagasi aastasse 1988). Teistkordne kääritamine pudelis minimaalselt 36 kuud. Dosage on 6 g/l kohta ning settelt eemaldamine toimus 21.06.2024.

“Tasted from magnum, the NV Champagne Grand Cru Blanc De Blancs Cuvee De Reserve Brut is based on the 2020 vintage and boasts a fresh and fruity nose, with pure, bright aromas of green apples, white flowers, candied lime, and saline. The palate is a touch fruitier as well compared to the 2019 base, though it remains medium-bodied, with a transparent and crystalline characteristic feel.
